P-Teach: English Composition 2
Deepen your understanding of research and writing for different purposes in the context of teaching.
This class focuses on academic and other types of research-based writing and builds on the work completed in ENGL Comp 1. This class focuses on critical thinking, reading and writing as well as working with primary and secondary source material to produce a variety of research-based essays. There is emphasis on using both print-based and electronic-based information. Please note, this class is a combination of adults and high school students.
English Comp 1 &2 will satisfy both college English requirements. Can be combined with AP English to satisfy college requirements
This course is concurrent enrollment with CU-Denver. Students earn 3 college credits upon successful completion of this course.
